OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. From the date you order until it ships, this is not the same as shipping time.
Current processing times are listed in the announcement section of my shop + the shipping section on each listing.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays observed by USPS are not business days.
We will make announcements if we will be taking time off from orders.

USPS Lost my Package |"Delivered" but it's not in my mailbox| Shipping was delayed by USPS

Once your order is shipped and in the hands of the USPS, Golden Ginkgo Candle Co no longer has control over it and is no longer responsible for the item(s). Any lost, damaged, or stolen items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If you cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office with the tracking number that was provided in your shipping notification email.
If after 7 business days, your package has not yet arrived, submit a Search Request with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please Read Carefully

Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of your purchase. Once canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Returns + exchanges are not accepted. Our store takes pride in the quality of our work and each item is handmade to order just for you! If there is an error on our side, please message me so I can resolve the issue as soon as possible!
Please pay attention to your selection and revise your cart before completing payment, as explained you will only have 4 hours to cancel and receive your refund. If you pass the 4 hour window we will not refund for you to correct your purchase.
Care instructions and warning labels are included with each order, this will ensure a longer lasting product, any damages to your home without following care instructions will not be our responsibility.
